1. Refund window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Use the support/contact option available through Gumroad or the contact method shown on your Gumroad purchase receipt. Include enough order information for the purchase to be located.
3. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the original payment method when supported. The time for funds to appear depends on Gumroad, the payment network, and your bank.
4. Digital access
Because this is a digital product, refunded access or download rights may be revoked after a refund is issued.
5. Abuse and duplicate purchases
We may refuse or limit refunds in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund abuse, or other misuse of the guarantee. Accidental duplicate purchases will be reviewed and corrected when verified.
6. After 30 days
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period are generally not eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
